We ship FREE daily via USPS parcel post
to all 50 states & FREE DHL Ground services to the lower
48 states. Shipping costs are included with our dealer pricing.
Large items going to AK & HI must be shipped by AIR and
those costs are additional and not included under our free
shipping. We do not offer COD. Air Rates can be found on the
DHL website by searching for rates from our zip code 94513
to your zip code.
We will e-mail you your tracking number
the day the item(s) ship. If you do not receive your tracking
number by e-mail you can telephone us at 1-925-513-8441 &
we can provide it to you over the phone.
Damaged shipping should be reported
to us within 3 days. We will send you the replacement part
to fix the item if it is possible. If the item cannot be easily
fixed with free parts, we will provide you with an RMA number
which should be printed on the outside of the carton &
the item can be returned to us for a free replacement.
We maintain a full service warehouse
with palletizing capabilities for larger orders. We can forklift
fill your truck for orders over 50 master cartons and ship
LTL to your location on pallets. Free shipping is only included
when we ship to the lower 48 states. If we ship to you via
a trucking company on pallets we will bill you for any additional
costs incurred except for items listed on our site with free
shipping included. Our staff is available to ship your orders
5 days per week from 8AM to 5PM PST. Our shipping cutoff is
generally around 1PM PST. Orders placed before 1PM PST will
generally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM PST
will ship on the following business day. We will e-mail you
your tracking number(s) before 5PM PST on the day it ships.
